Father & Son Duo Join the ECS Team: Darren & Darren

At Evolve Contract Solutions, we’re proud to welcome a dynamic new team to our growing workforce — Darren and his son, also named Darren. This talented father-and-son duo bring a unique blend of experience, enthusiasm, and teamwork to our multi-trade operations across the region.

Darren (Senior) is a seasoned multi-trade technician with years of hands-on experience across property maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment. His practical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship make him a perfect fit for the ECS standard of service.

Working alongside his dad, Darren (Junior) is currently completing a Property Maintenance Apprenticeship, gaining valuable skills and on-the-job experience in all aspects of building and facilities upkeep. Under his father’s guidance, he’s learning the trade from the ground up — combining traditional methods with modern training to build a strong foundation for his career.

Together, they form a reliable and efficient team out in the field, known for their professionalism, problem-solving approach, and friendly rapport with clients. Their connection as father and son adds something special to their work — a shared pride and understanding that naturally strengthens teamwork and trust.
